These Terms govern the GrowthBalanceNext website and participation in our educational formats in Switzerland (CH).
1. Scope
Applies to website use and participation in our courses, workshops, retreats, and coaching. By using the site or enrolling, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
18+ years and able to enter a lawful agreement. For groups, the organizer confirms their authorization.
3. Acceptable Use
- No harassment, hate speech, or unlawful content.
- Respect others’ privacy; no sharing of personal details without permission.
- No recording/redistribution of sessions or materials without written consent.
4. Bookings & Changes
Outlines, dates, venues (if applicable), and fees are confirmed in writing before the start. Minor adjustments may occur; we communicate updates early.
Substitutions: with prior notice, a colleague may attend when suitable for the format.
5. Cancellations
- Participant-initiated: Notify us in writing; the confirmation sets notice windows for your format.
- Provider-initiated: If rescheduling/cancellation is required, we offer a new date or a fair remedy consistent with the confirmation.
- No-shows: Treated according to the confirmation for your format.
6. Participant Conduct
We host inclusive spaces. We may remove a participant if conduct disrupts learning, safety, or accessibility. Remedies are case-by-case.
7. Materials & Intellectual Property
Unless stated otherwise, materials (handouts, slides, exercises) are for your personal use within the format and must not be redistributed without written consent.
8. Educational Disclaimer
Our work is educational and not a substitute for therapy, medical, or legal services. We avoid promises about outcomes. Practice results vary.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GrowthBalanceNext and its facilitators are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from site use or participation. Nothing limits liability where unlawful to do so.
10. Privacy
Data handling follows our Privacy Policy. By using the site or enrolling, you acknowledge that policy.
11. Governing Law & Venue
Swiss law applies. Unless mandatory law states otherwise, disputes are subject to courts of the Canton of Zürich.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect practical, legal, or operational reasons.

13. Return Policy
For service formats, remedies involve rescheduling or adjustments rather than returning goods.
Rescheduling
If you cannot attend, contact us early. We will propose reasonable options aligned with your confirmation.
Service adjustments
If parts were not delivered as outlined due to our fault, we propose a fair remedy consistent with the confirmation.
Timeframes & conditions
- Requests in writing to info@growthbalancenext.com.
- For multi-session formats, request before the final session when possible.
- Venue items (lodging/rooms) follow venue policies in your confirmation.
Nothing here limits your statutory rights under Swiss law.
